Dmitry Steesy, PhD, is the founder of Sunlight Health, a practice that includes licensed psychologists, therapists, and registered hypnotherapists.

He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree and earned his PhD in clinical psychology from ES Sorbonne. Dr. Steesy is licensed to practice in California, Tennessee, and Texas. He is board-certified in addiction psychology and a member of the American Psychological Association.

Before founding Sunlight Health, Dr. Steesy worked in the Department of Behavioral Health and Psychiatry at University Texas Hospital San Antonio. He also owned and worked as the Treatment Director of Stellis Health, a licensed 13-bed residential treatment center in Houston, TX.

Dr. Steesy is a Navy veteran and Eagle Scout.
