The Power of Group Therapy

Support from People Who Understand

When you’re facing challenges like addiction, grief, or emotional struggles, it can feel isolating. But you’re not alone. Group therapy offers a space where you can connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Sharing experiences, hearing different perspectives, and receiving encouragement from people on a similar path can be incredibly powerful.

Recovery and Healing Together

At Sunlight Health, we offer recovery-focused groups for those working through alcohol, drug, or gambling addiction, as well as a bereavement group for those coping with loss. Each group meets online via Zoom throughout the week, providing a flexible and accessible way to get the support you need. Led by licensed providers, these sessions focus on helping you build coping strategies, find strength in shared experiences, and move forward with hope.

Complimentary Access with Counseling

We believe healing works best when you have consistent support, which is why our group therapy sessions are offered at no extra cost for members actively receiving weekly therapy or hypnotherapy with a Sunlight provider. This unlimited access allows you to supplement your individual work with group discussions, helping you feel supported both one-on-one and within a community.

A Judgment-Free Space to Grow

Group therapy isn’t about pressure or expectations—it’s about showing up as you are, listening, sharing when you’re ready, and finding strength in connection. Whether you need accountability in your recovery, comfort in your grief, or simply a space where you feel understood, our group therapy sessions can be an essential part of your healing journey.
